✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight

The project presents residential towers along Umm Al Quwain’s waterfront, with a clear organization of green spaces and natural beaches. Materials include extensive glazing and well structured concrete, while natural lighting and coastal facades create a strong sense of openness. Yet, the overall master plan may lack contextual depth connecting the built elements to the surrounding cultural environment, raising questions about the daily user experience. Nevertheless, the project stands out in its sustainable design and allocation of expansive open areas, enhancing environmental value and offering a replicable model for future coastal developments.
