In early 2023, renowned Italian furniture company Meridiani opened the doors to their jaw-dropping flagship store located in the heart of Milan’s fashion district along Via Manzoni 38. Art director Andrea Parisio, in collaboration with fellow designer Giuseppe Pezzano, designed the two-level, 500-square-meter space to reflect a refined elegance with its beautiful façade and luxurious, handcrafted furnishings. The goal of the project was to gracefully intermingle the architecture and design with the Meridiani merchandise, creating an atmosphere that is peaceful yet stimulating. The bright whites, marble, wood and fabric textures present in each room form a perfect setting for the modular Max sofas, Nora armchairs, Oscar lounge collection, Plinto dining tables, and René living room sofas. In addition, the store features a working and meeting area, as well as an impressive material library. After a successful launch at the Milan location, Meridiani is set to introduce their concept to the U.S. at the end of October. The new flagship store in the vibrant New York design district of Lexington Avenue and 32nd Street will offer the same ranges of designs, all 100% made-in-Italy.
