A Celebration of Excellence in Hospitality

The MUSE Hotel Awards is a global competition that honors outstanding achievements in hotel and hospitality design, as well as exceptional service innovations. Recognized for its prestige, the awards celebrate industry leaders who redefine global hospitality standards, ensuring unforgettable guest experiences.

Award Categories

The competition extends beyond identifying the best hotels. It recognizes all facets of hospitality that contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences, with a strong focus on Hotel and Hospitality Design.

Eligibility Criteria

The awards are open to a wide range of professionals, including hoteliers, hotel developers, builders, interior designers, architects, public relations firms, advertising agencies, travel agencies, and other professionals connected to the hospitality sector.

Submission Requirements

Entry briefs must be concise, limited to approximately 350 words, and should provide clarity about the project. Non-English entries must include a written translation. Images should be submitted in JPEG or JPG format with a maximum size of 4MB, preferably 1,200px wide, 300dpi, and RGB. Audio or video submissions must include a direct URL to platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, or Youku.

2025 Entry Deadlines and Fees

The Early Bird period runs from October 14 to November 14, 2024, with a fee of $450. Regular submissions from November 15 to December 12, 2024, cost $550, while the Final period from December 13, 2024, to January 16, 2025, costs $650. The Final Extension period is from January 17 to February 28, 2025, with a fee of $750. Last-minute entries can be submitted until September 25, 2025, at a fee of $850.

Winning Levels

Four achievement levels are recognized: Category Winner of the Year, Platinum MUSE (85-100 points), Gold MUSE (70-84 points), and Silver MUSE (50-69 points).

Judging Process

Judging is blind, with all entrant information removed to ensure impartiality. The jury comprises experienced professionals from various sectors of the hospitality industry, representing diverse geographies and expertise.

Evaluation Criteria

Entries are scored on a scale of 1-100, with separate criteria for hotels and hospitality design, focusing on originality, functionality, innovation, and overall impression.

Results Announcement

Winners will be announced on April 10, 2025, on the official MUSE Hotel Awards page.

Prizes

Category Winners of the Year receive a Limited Edition MUSE Statuette, a featured winner’s banner, and enhanced visibility through interviews, professional profiles, and marketing tools. Additional benefits include professionally designed certificates and opportunities for further promotion.

Theme for 2025

Celebrating the 10th anniversary, the theme “Celebrating Milestones” honors contributions to luxury and unforgettable guest experiences. The awards invite participants to inspire new standards and craft exceptional hospitality moments for future travelers.
