Venue : Osaka Yumeshima Expo Site(155.6 ha)
Theme : “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”
– Sub-theme : Saving Lives, Empowering Lives, Connecting Lives
Location/Area of Korea Pavilion : Connecting Lives, A14, 3,500sqm

[Competition Type]

2-Stage Competition

Stage 1 : Team Building & Idea Proposal / Select 3 Teams for Stage 2 Screening
Stage 2 : Master Plan Proposal / Select Winner & Runner-ups

[Qualification to Participate]

Any architects, exhibition experts or event experts can participate.
※ Up to 5 persons are allowed for a joint participation.
※ However, at least 1 Korean national is required among team members.

Screening & Result Announcement for Stage 1 : FEB 23, 2022 (Wed)
Visit to Dubai Expo(Tentative) : MAR 06, 2022 (Sun) ~ MAR 09 (Wed)
Submission of Proposal for Stage 2 : MAR 29, 2022 (Tue)
Screening & Result Announcement For Stage 2 : MAR 31, 2022 (Thu)

※ Visit to Dubai Expo is subject to change depending on Covid-19 situation in the future.

[Submittals]

Stage 1 : Team Building & CV + Idea Plan(A4, landscape, 10p or less)
Stage 2 : Osaka Expo Master Plan(A4, landscape, 20p or less)

[Award]

1st place (Best, 1 team) : 30 mil. won & appointment as 2025 Osaka Expo Overall Advisory Group(Tentative name)
2nd place (Excellent, 1 team) : 10 mil. won
3rd place (Encouraged, 1 team) : 10 mil. won

※ Additional contract to proceed after consultation with 1st place winner about advisory work to be carried out.
