  • Purpose

    Development of a Master Plan for the city of Grozny by holding an Open International Competition.

  • Participants

    Professional organizations in the field of integrated development of territories and urban planning, architecture and capable of attracting specialists in the field of economics, finance, content programming to the team.

  • Finalists

    According to the qualifying round, on the basis of the portfolio and essay, three Finalists will be selected to develop the Competition Proposals.

    Representatives of the executive authorities of the Chechen Republic, representatives of the City Hall of Grozny, Russian and international experts in the field of integrated development of territories, urban planning, economics, marketing and communications, technology and innovation.

    A consultative body consisting of representatives of the executive authorities of the city of Grozny, as well as Russian and international experts in the field of integrated development of territories, urban planning, architecture and economics.

Prize fund

There will be paid a fixed reward to each Finalist of

4 000 000 rubles including all taxes and fees.

The Winner will be the author of the best Competition Proposal, selected as a result of voting by the members of the Competition Jury. Following the results of the Jury meeting, the Winner will receive an additional payment in the appropriate amount:

  • 1 place

    4 000 000 rubles

  • 2 place

    2 500 000 rubles

  • 3 place

    1 500 000 rubles

Total prize fund: 20 000 000 rubles
