You will be working on a variety of different projects ranging from high-end residential, boutique hotels and designer retail establishments. You must have at least 3 years’ experience post qualification in high-end residential and boutique commercial projects. You should have a good grasp of interior architecture and FF&E design as well as being able to manage projects and liaising with consultants, suppliers and specialists. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required, and experience using Estimac is also needed.
