If you are keen to join a talented design team based in South West London on a part-time basis, this could be perfect for you. You will be guiding/mentoring junior Part II/IIIs on high-end residential projects across all stages (with a focus on RIBA stage 3 onwards). Ideally you will come from an excellent design studio who specialises in high-end residential projects within the UK. You will have worked across all stages and have run a number of projects from concept stage through to construction. This would be a great opportunity for anyone looking to share their expertise from the high-end residential and mixed-use sectors. There is scope for the role to be between 3 or 4 days per week.
