Succession’s latest episode shows Roman Roy preparing for an event (no spoilers here) in his lavish, sunlight-flooded New York City apartment. While we have no word on whether or not the youngest Roy son plans to part ways with the opulent penthouse, we do know the real-life setting that serves as his home base is currently on the market and available for immediate occupancy, per its listing. $38 million will get you the keys to the 6,347-square-foot residence, which occupies floors 49 and 50 of 200 Amsterdam. In classic Roy fashion, the sarcastic fan favorite’s dwelling is located in the tallest building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

Roy is seen getting ready in the bathroom belonging to the penthouse’s primary bedroom suite in the fourth episode of season four. While viewers only get a glimpse of the four bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom apartment on the latest installment of the series, the areas of the apartment that didn’t make the cut are all sufficiently camera-ready: not shown were the residence’s airy eat-in kitchen with a Calacatta marble island and a dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of Central Park and the city skyline. The upper level of the duplex can be accessed by a grand staircase or private elevator.

200 Amsterdam boasts 20,000 square feet of amenities, which span three full floors and include a dedicated spa. Residents like Roy would have access to a 75-foot saltwater pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private club and library, a landscaped outdoor terrace, a sound proof, professional-grade rehearsal room.

The listing is held by Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales LLC.
