It looks like Scott Disick has found his latest real estate project. The Kardashians star, who reportedly signed a lucrative contract to return for season three of the reality show, just paid $5 million in an off-market deal for a conventional ranch-style house in LA County’s Hidden Hills neighborhood, according to Dirt. Disick is no stranger to the house-flipping game and even had a short-lived E! spin-off called Flip It Like Disick in 2019.
The reality star successfully flipped a Hidden Hills teardown into a modern farmhouse in 2020, and before that attempted to flip a Cape Cod-style mansion in the same neighborhood before ultimately making it his primary residence. Given his transformations of those properties, it’s likely that Disick will overhaul the rather outdated property to match his modern interior design style. “I like it to be as minimal as possible but still comfortable,” he explained during a 2019 AD tour of the Cape Cod-style property.

Disick’s latest investment is a 3,003-square-foot house originally built in 1964, containing five bedrooms and six bathrooms. In addition to the single-level home, the 1.1-acre plot hosts a tennis court, a covered patio, an irregularly-shaped pool, and a separate spa surrounded by a brick-paved pool deck. We’re betting that Disick is itching to upgrade the property with a sleek infinity pool, as he did with his primary residence. That home formerly had an “absolutely horrible” kidney-shaped pool, he told AD during the tour.
Strong pool opinions aside, this latest addition to Lord Disick’s real estate portfolio certainly has good bones. Interior highlights include a granite chef’s kitchen, a living area complete with a fireplace and wet bar, and a primary suite with dual walk-in closets, an office, and an ensuite bathroom set up with two sinks, a steam shower, and a separate bathtub.
