We are working with a medium sized AJ 100 practice as they look to bring in a leader to their London office.
Our client has an excellent track record across a multitude of project sectors and therefore workload can be varied.
Much of the work is with large scale residential projects and therefore that experience is important.
Our client is looking for someone that has: –
- Personality, client facing and presentable
- Excellent design skills
- Pitching, presenting and managing
- Ambitious and wants to join a practice with growth on offer.
- Can utilise existing relationships for the employer and also have the ability to bring in new clients
This opportunity will lend itself to someone who has business acumen.
This vacancy will be worked around the individual, so whether you are an associate/associate director with a glass ceiling and looking to step up or are already an a director role, they will consider your application.
