The Face of Renovation is an open international contest for development of architectural solution concepts of buildings under the program of housing stock renovation in Moscow.

We invite Russian and international teams of architects with relevant experience in volumetric-spatial design. The competition features 31 sites; they will be assigned to the teams by the jury. Three concepts will be created for each site. The participants will be rewarded 1 million rubles inclusive of VAT for each concept developed within the contest.

The teams must submit their portfolio and applications at the contest website before December 24th, 2020. The participants will be chosen by the jury of the top architects, urban planners, and urban experts. The Chairman of the Jury Board is Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow and Chairman of the Archcouncil of Moscow.

The winner will be involved in the further development of the architectural concept and the author’s design supervision.
