The Face of Renovation is an open international contest for development of architectural solution concepts of buildings under the program of housing stock renovation in Moscow.

We invite Russian and international teams of architects with relevant experience in volumetric-spatial design. The competition features 31 sites; they’re going to be assigned to the teams by the jury. Three concepts are going to be created for every site. The participants are going to be rewarded 1 million rubles inclusive of VAT for every concept developed within the competition .

The teams must submit their portfolio and applications at the competition website before December 24th, 2020. The participants are going to be chosen by the jury of the highest architects, urban planners, and concrete experts. The Chairman of the Jury Board is Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow and Chairman of the Archcouncil of Moscow.

The winner are going to be involved within the further development of the architectural concept and therefore the author’s design supervision.
