We got 400 square meters. m. of space and complete freedom of action in the realization of the customer’s dream of his house on the beach. The intersection of cultures and traditions of different trends in the style of the interior, as a reflection of the breadth of the worldview of the customer and his family, was the main leitmotif for us when creating the project.
The house was built of monolithic reinforced concrete with several supporting columns and walls, making it possible to effectively use the space for planning decisions.

Description
The dream, that goes deep from childhood, to build a house on the seashore was embodied in a picturesque corner of sunny Varna, the resort town of Bulgaria. Light and air have become the main elements of design, where the rest of the environment only complements the necessary functions. The style reflects elements of modern Japanese minimalism, originating from the Bauhaus with ethnic details native to South Africa.

Entrance
Starting from the entrance, from where the whole picture of the main axis of the house immediately opens for us. You see right through to the sea view in the bedroom at the far end, thanks to glass partitions with brushed steel profile.
HALL
the heart of the house, a place for watching movies at night, parties with friends, accompanied by a musical melody pouring from the piano. There are no boundaries, only our imagination.
Living room
Light and air, as we recall, are central to this story. Concrete metal and wood only complement this image in a holistic picture. Fire flames serenely in the fireplace, enveloping with its warm glow all the guests gathered at the large table.
The smooth metal surface of the island appears as a stage for culinary performances, where spectators from the first row have direct contact with the Master
