The TITAN Property Awards Season 2 is an international competition that recognizes excellence in property development, architecture, interior and landscape design, lighting, conceptual projects, and real estate marketing. Focused on innovation, sustainability, and quality of life, the 2025 edition invites global professionals to compete under the theme “Innovative TITAN of Design.” Entries must reflect creativity, originality, and visionary thinking. Winners will be announced on November 7, 2025.

Submission Details

  • Entries must be from the last five years and submitted as published.
  • Written entry brief of ~350 words explaining the work.
  • Non-English entries must include translation.
  • Image files must be JPG format, under 4MB, 1200px wide at 300dpi.
  • Judges may reclassify entries as needed.
  • Misclassified or low-scoring entries (under 50) will not receive awards.

Judging is blind and based on a 100-point scale. Entries are not compared to each other, but judged on their own merit using these criteria:
