We would wish to invite you to participate within the first annual Canadian Off-site Construction Student Design Competition. The competition is meant to spark student interest and showcase Canadian student design innovation in modular, prefabricated, panelized, and other sorts of off-site construction. The competition is presented by the University of latest Brunswick’s Off-Site Construction Research Centre (OCRC), founded by OSCO Construction Company may be a research group that’s dedicated to optimizing alternate solutions to on-site construction. The competition is presented in partnership with the Modular Building Institute (MBI).

FOURTH TO TENTH (HONORABLE MENTIONS)
Working in teams of 1- 4 students are required to select a site in Canada and design a building that incorporates off-site construction in a significant way. In addition, students are to develop a plan for off-site construction as well as on-site assembly. The submission is 1-3 posters and a 400-word write-up. We strongly encourage interdisciplinary teams!
