5th The Chelsea International Photography Competition is now open for entries!

5th The Chelsea International Photography Competition: The 5th Chelsea International Photography Competition, organized by Agora Gallery, is calling for submissions open to entries from throughout the world, and celebrates gifted, notable, and fresh talents in the world of fine arts.

About Competition

The 5th Chelsea International Photography Competition now is calling for entries! Organized by Agora Gallery this competition is dedicated to all talented photographers from all over the world.

Furthermore, the organizer is looking for great, new talent, offering amateur and professional photographers at any stage of their careers invaluable opportunities for international exposure, having a chance to be discovered and promoted professionally in the heart of New York’s art district.

Additionally, digital, Analog, Phone Images, and Images taken with any camera are all accepted. Videos are not allowed. Moreover, the competition is open to images that may investigate any topic, from regional cultures and travel photography to commercial work and photojournalism. In fact, all submitted images must be available for sale.

The 15 photographers will be selected from both categories (amateur and professional) to display one photograph as part of the group exhibition.

Moreover, art submitted to the competition will be reviewed by a rotating panel of expert jurors, each representing a different field in the art world, ensuring a fair and balanced selection process.

5th The Chelsea International Photography Competition – Entry fees

Amateur Photography:  There is a $45 entry fee for up to 5 images in this category. There will be a charge of $5 for each additional image.
Professional Photography:  There is a $55 entry fee for up to 5 images in this category. There will be a charge of $5 for each additional image.

Eligibility

All visual artists, professional photographers, or others worldwide are eligible to participate.

Prize

Amateur Photography:

  • 15 photographers will be selected to display one photograph as part of the group exhibition.
  • Photographs submitted by the selected photographers will be displayed on our website for one year.
  • Selected artwork for the exhibition will be printed and mounted on foam board c-type mounted on foam board.

Professional Photography:

15 photographers will be selected to display between three to five photographs as part of the group exhibition.
Photographs submitted by the selected photographers will be displayed on our website for one year.

Additionally, the $500 cash prize will be awarded to five selected photographers and their work will be shown on our websites. Therefore, five photographers will be awarded one year of exposure on ARTmine.com which includes an artist statement composed by ARTmine’s talented art writers.
