This product is designed for straightforward assembly, allowing a single individual to set it up without the need for tools or assistance. Additionally, it is affordably priced at an introductory rate of $19,999, although this price will rise by $10,000 in the future. The turnkey home covers approximately 120 square feet and can either be delivered to your location or collected from Boxabl’s facility in Las Vegas. It includes all the essentials for establishing your own micro home.

This compact tiny home is engineered for flexibility and ease of transport, conveniently mounted on a trailer platform. With a total weight of 2,900 pounds (around 1,315 kilograms) and a hitch weight of 1,000 pounds (approximately 454 kilograms), it can be effortlessly towed by most SUVs and trucks. Its dimensions enhance its portability, as the trailer is 6 feet 6 inches (about 1.98 meters) wide and 14 feet 9 inches (nearly 4.5 meters) long. This compact footprint makes it smaller than the typical 7×14-foot cargo trailer, facilitating easier navigation and parking in a variety of locations, including campgrounds and residential backyards.
When fully expanded, the Baby Box measures approximately 14 feet 9 inches in length, 14 feet 1 inch in width, and 9 feet 3 inches in height, making it twice as wide as in travel mode. According to Boxabl, a single individual can assemble the unit in about an hour without the need for tools. It includes a 9,000-BTU ductless air conditioning system with a heat pump, suitable for both hot and cold climates.
The unit is also outfitted with two 12-volt deep cycle batteries that supply power to the lighting and water pump, ensuring a self-sustaining environment for off-grid excursions. It features 30-gallon (114-liter) tanks for black, gray, and freshwater, offering sufficient resources for longer stays. The plumbing system is compatible with standard water hose and sewer connections, similar to those found in conventional RVs. Additionally, the home is equipped with a 6-gallon (23-liter) electric water heater, providing the convenience of hot water whether you are at a campsite or traveling on the road.
The living room also functions as the bedroom, which isn’t great for families. The Baby Box is equipped with an in-house designed “SLS” sofa, which stands for “Sit, Lounge, Sleep”. This unfolds into a bed much like a jackknife sofa. You simply need to grab a loop at the touch of the couch and pull it towards you.
A countertop induction stove and a small fridge have been placed in the kitchen. The bathroom features a marine-style toilet with a foot-operated flush, and the shower includes glass walls and a moon roof. It also contains a 12-volt vent fan. The Baby Box also features smoke and CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.
