The Aali AlRiyadh Competition is based on achieving an ideal balance between artistic beauty and sustainability, as architectural ideas must be presented that reflect the uniqueness of the place and contribute to preserving the environment. Competition objectives

  • Current status: Study the current status of the site from various aspects, including areas, movement paths, entrances, and the natural environment.
  • Use analysis: Study the surroundings and analyze the best uses that support the project within the site boundaries.
  • General Plan: Urban design of the general plan based on studies of the current situation and analysis of uses.
  • Sustainable solutions: environmentally friendly design solutions and appropriate studies for operation and maintenance based on the proposed design.
