Montclair Gateway to Aging in Place (mGAP), a non-profit social advocacy and service organization seeking to better the lives of seniors, is calling architecture students attending colleges and universities in the NE Quadrant of the United States to a Design Competition for Accessory

Dwelling Units (ADUs)!

We are tasking graduate/undergraduate architectural students to
design a freestanding ADU on an existing single-family plot that:

  • Addresses housing challenges for seniors who want to age in place.
  • Suggests solutions for gentle densification within first-ring suburbs.
