Adrem Group: CAD Technician, Part II or Architect – High End Resi
This client, a high end residential studio that works on prime & super-prime individual residences, is currently seeking a CAD technician with experience of detailing for high end properties. This opportunity would involve working closely with by a very experienced senior architect, and transferring hand drawings into AutoCAD.
Essential criteria:
- Experience detailing high end residential properties
- High degree of AutoCAD proficiency
- Highly organised & able to manage a CAD library & find appropriate drawing files on demand
Due to the nature of this role is it fully office based, so the successful candidate would need to be within commuting distance of West London.
This is an ideal opportunity for a technician, Part 2 or Architect who has some experience detailing high end residential properties in CAD & wants to be mentored by a senior individual with decades of industry experience to learn everything there is to know about the high end residential market & client base.
