Tucked away in the mountains of Ibiza, a 19th-century farmhouse transformed into the Aguamadera resort, a secluded hideaway home designed to promote nature, wellness and food. Created by Pacha Group co-founder Iria Urgell alongside hospitality entrepreneur Pablo Fernández-Valdés, the project was under the creative direction of Carlota Sarda Caralps. Cala Llonga’s beach resort is located nearby, close to the site of the 1888 finca and its outbuildings, which now contain seven guest rooms and four suites. Also, The 27 acres of land surrounding the building have pine forests, olive groves and terraced agricultural land – a key source of the produce used by the hotel’s restaurant. Natural materials such as jute carpet, clay plaster and wooden furniture outfit the minimalist suites and guest rooms. While the walls and floors humbly embrace an earthy colour palette. Additionally, local artists are regularly showcased across the site. Moreover, their works inscribed against a backdrop of organic shapes in the main building’s texture plaster. Moreover, To up the cosiness factor, the restaurant’s wooden ceiling beams support an array of small pendant lights that illuminate the tables laid out with Sarah Jerath’s ceramic tableware. Meanwhile, a colossal fireplace waits for winter. Where guests will be able to reminisce and soak up the valley views in the warmth of its flickering flames.

Rejuvenation is brought to life on the outdoor terraces, whether it’s on the plush cushioned loungers at the pool or the mats and cushions laid beneath the foliage of an expansive tree.
