Architect Job: Lecturer in Landscape Architecture (MA Professional programmes)

This lectureship post has become available within the Department of Architecture and the Visual Arts at the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering to teach within the subject area Landscape Architecture. 

In this field you will deliver lectures, workshops, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions including site visits. In addition to preparing teaching materials to conduct assessments in accordance with UEL’s quality standards, you will contribute to the school’s vibrant research and/or knowledge transfer activities which includes obtaining research grants and funding. 

You will have a degree in Landscape Architecture and professional accreditation/registration (Landscape Institute). You will have the ability to teach current CAD/Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup or Rhino skills, including computer draughting, comprehensive technical construction including planting and hard materials, and be able to teach Landscape design and water management at concept and detail. You will also have transferable skills or relevant experience in teaching Landscape Architecture and an outstanding commitment to the student experience.
