If you are a strong leader with excellent procurement experience working on high-end luxury projects, then this role could be for you.  

As Lead of the Procurement department, the role will involve work on every stage of the procurement process and installation of high-end luxury projects. You will also work collaboratively with the creative director and the rest of the team. Some other key duties involve working proactively within the management team to support company growth and preparing the initial FF&E budget estimate with the design team, including project programming and cashflow timelines. You will be involved in annual revenue targets, supplier management and negotiation, as well as taking overall responsibility and ownership for company purchasing and procurement, and building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing suppliers. 

Residential experience is preferred but hospitality is also acceptable. You must have a university degree, a minimum of three years working experience in an interior design or architecture practice and the ability to commute to the office on a daily basis or at least three days a week (Wed-Fri) and work from home for two.
