You should be confident when it comes to the early design stages, have strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and ideally be keen to mentor junior members of the team too. You will be working on large scale projects across a variety of sectors, so a portfolio which displays a diverse range of projects would be beneficial. Proficiency in Rhino, Revit is essential, and you should also have an interest in Parametric Design too.
