The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in Architecture, Design or Marketing and Communications and will have a head for operations, business, and strategy. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone looking for a step up in their career. The role is hugely varied and there is an opportunity for this role to be shaped by the chosen candidate. The successful candidate will have experience within the Architectural, Developer or the Built Environment Industry. A solid understanding and interest in operations and business strategy, along with new business development and marketing skills are ideal for this position. We are looking for someone proactive; someone capable of taking responsibility for all business activities, working closely with the Directors. This is very much a collaborative role, and the responsibilities will be hugely varied as the business continues to grow. The Directors will develop both new and related market areas, both in the UK and abroad, alongside the Operations and New Business Development Coordinator. ย The day-to-day business activities will be led by the Operations and New Business Coordinator alongside the Directors
