This market leading globally renowned transportation architecture practice is urgently seeking a Lead Technical Architect or Senior Technical Assistant with good ‘hands-on’ Revit skills to oversee a major commercial building refurbishment project (RIBA stages 4 & 5) in central London.
With over 160 employees, this top international practice offers a collaborative relaxed environment with exposure to large diverse teams where management are fully involved on all projects, there is no hierarchy, everyone has a voice and they follow structured daily stand-ups with project timescales ranging several weeks to months, depending on project
The successful Lead Technical Architect or Senior Architectural Assistant will be tasked with leading a team through the detailed design and construction stages of this major commercial building refurbishment project following best practice environmental design.
Lead Technical Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants applying must have good ‘hands-on’ Revit skills and proven skills of leading a team on a medium-large scale project through detailed design and construction stages to be considered for this project.
Please note that this position is urgent and therefore we can only consider Lead Technical Architects and Senior Architectural Assistants who are either immediately available or have a notice period of up to 2 weeks.
This client is offering PAYE hourly rate contracts, initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contracts and Permanent models.
Hybrid working 2 days in their SE1 office and 3 days from home, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
