Al Masa Tower Begins Construction in Jeddah – Set to Become the World’s Tallest Twisting Skyscraper

In a move that highlights Saudi Arabia’s growing ambition in architectural innovation, construction has officially begun on the Al Masa Tower, located along the Jeddah waterfront.This project joins a wave of Saudi developments that seek to transform urban environments. The tower will rise to 432 meters and include 93 floors, making it the tallest twisting skyscraper in the world. Its bold helical design wraps fluidly around a central axis, setting a new benchmark in architectural innovation.

Meanwhile in Riyadh, construction continues at the Al-Adwan Office Tower, situated in the Al-Nakheel district on King Fahd Road. Riyadh’s landscape is rapidly evolving with several Saudi projects. The tower will feature 30 floors and include 79 office units, several of which offer direct views of the Financial District, making it a significant addition to the capital’s modern business skyline.

AVED Prepares to Launch New Residential Project in North Jeddah

In another development, AVED has announced preparations for a new residential project located at a key intersection in north Jeddah—Prince Sultan Road and Prince Saud Al-Faisal Road. This is part of a broader initiative of Saudi projects aimed at improving residential availability.
