Arte Laguna Prize 18th Open Call for Artists & Designers

Arte Laguna Prize is an International Competition, with international jurors, dedicated to visual arts and design that gives artists the opportunity to join a large network of collaborations, get free visibility and sell works on the online platform Artelaguna win a cash prize of € 10,000, and exhibit in Venice (Italy) in the iconic space of the Arsenale Nord.

With its inclusive approach, the contest will welcome artists of any age, country, and artistic background. Without gender differences and with a free theme. Therefore, the exhibition represents, with every edition, the perfect picture of the social panorama.

COMPETITION CATEGORIES: painting, photographic art, sculpture and installation, video art and short films, performance and acting (stage and film), digital art, digital graphics and cartoon, environmental and land art, urban art and street art, art design.

PRIZES:

  • 1 cash prize of € 10.000
  • Finalists’ Exhibition in Venice Arsenale from March 02 to April 01, 2024
  • 12 Special Prizes (Exhibition in Art Galleries, participation in Art Residencies and Festivals, collaborations with Companies)
  • A dedicated page on Arte Laguna World

JURY:

The jury is composed by internationally renowned experts in the visual arts field: Laura Barreca, art historic and scientific director of mudaC, Museum of Arts in Carrara, Italy; Giulia Colletti, curator of digital contents at Rivoli’s Castle Museum of Contemporary Art in Turin, Italy; Krist Gruijthuijsen, director of KW Institute in Berlin. Germany; Gonzalo Herrero Delicado, Independent Curator based in London, United Kingdom; David Max Horowitz, assistant curator at Solomon R. Guggenheim of New York, United States; Lu Peng, director of the artistic committee of Chengdu Biennale in China; Anushka Rajendran, Curator of the Prameya Artistic Foundation in Kolkata, India.
