استحضار مشهد ميامي النابض بالحياة إلى داخل الشقة على الشاطئ الجنوبي

Entrepreneur and designer Julianna Daydon brought the rich and vibrant Miami scene to the interior design of an apartment in South Miami Beach, USA.

This building was designed by the famous architect Alison Speer as two interconnected buildings,

providing corner exposure, cross ventilation, and captivating views in almost every apartment.

The centerpiece of Spear’s design, the covered sculptural corridor marks the impressive entrance and runs along the lobby’s axis.

It connects its façade with a balcony overlooking the water.

Each building has been meticulously designed to optimize views,

minimize scale, and create a stunning contrast to the tall structures that now define South Beach.

This was the blank canvas designer Julianna Daydon had to work with for this unit project:

Honoring Alison’s lines and making sure the apartment’s landscape remains the focal point.

To capture the essence of Miami’s rich history and highlight its vibrant scenery,

Juliana drew inspiration from the city’s pastel colors, which evoke memories of her charming old city.

In this project, the designer refrained from using bright colors to keep the focus on the stunning sea view.

The decision to acquire this property was motivated by the calmness that this view provides.

Daidone has created a handcrafted table that combines sophistication with a natural feel.

Inspired by nature, the table is described as a “handcrafted masterpiece”,

It is crafted from a combination of rich, dark Imbuia wood and elegant stingray leather.

Juliana Didon also owns an interior design shop, called SaLA Design,

in which she intends to bring together people and art.
