Huge real estate deals at Cityscape Global 2023,
Cityscape Global Exhibition in Saudi Arabia launched real estate projects worth more than 65 billion Saudi riyals ($17.3 billion).
Among the major projects unveiled is the National Housing Company’s initiative to develop new real estate worth 42 billion Saudi riyals in the suburbs and communities under its management.
In addition, the business center and the Khuzam Sports City were also inaugurated in the Khuzam suburb.
Cityscape Global 2023
ROSHN, in collaboration with China Harbor as part of SEDRA’s future projects,
has announced a strategic collaboration worth SR7.7 billion ($2 billion).
Makkyun Urban Development Company also unveiled the Makkah Boulevard project, worth 6 billion Saudi riyals ($1.6 billion),
which includes administrative, commercial, residential, and hotels units, with a total area of one million square meters.
Retal Agency also launched a project worth 5 billion Saudi riyals ($1.3 billion) to create an ultra-luxury resort in Al-Khobar under the management of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
Moreover, the King Salman Park Fund announced an investment worth 4 billion Saudi riyals ($1.1 billion) to develop the first plot of land within the project.
While this investment will include the construction of 1,500 residential units in the Salmani architectural style,
in addition to offices, hotels, educational areas and retail stores on an area of more than 290,000 square meters.
Destination Path also launched a project worth 4 billion Saudi riyals ($1.1 billion),
to build 18 residential towers, four hotel buildings and an administrative building.
Cityscape Global is a four-day event featuring 350 exhibitors.
The exhibition showcases the giant Kingdom Vision 2030 projects, important real estate companies,
emerging companies, and various distinguished entities.
