Overview
The Deep Underground Challenge 2025 is an open invitation to creative thinkers worldwide to explore a new paradigm in underground construction. The “Deep Underground” concept seeks to transform how we utilize underground space to create a better world, blending innovation with artistic vision.
To help participants engage with the concept, the organizers have produced 20 educational videos explaining the fundamentals, along with an additional video outlining the design rules and limitations.
The challenge is now officially open, with submissions accepted starting 20 February 2025. Finalists and winners will be announced by September 2025.
