Academy-C is located in Sangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, at the intersection of Sangil-IC of the Seoul Metropolitan Area First Ring Road and the road to Hanam City. The white louvre that catches the eye when looking from the road gently surrounds the rest area and residence area to keep adequate lighting, stimulating a variety of views and openness from the inside. This device complements the geometric opening of the windows, giving the overall impression of the building as a symbolic streamlined mass.
