External cladding works continue for the facades and ceilings of the Jawharat Al Riyadh project, located on King Khalid Road near King Saud University.

The project aims to provide a unique experience that combines shopping, entertainment, and a modern lifestyle, and its architectural design is inspired by authentic Saudi Salmani architecture.

The leasable areas in it amount to 185 thousand square meters, including more than 300 stores and restaurants, while the office spaces reach more than 50 thousand square meters allocated for offices.

The project includes a luxury area with an area exceeding 30 thousand square meters, including more than 60 luxury stores, and 38% of the leasable area has been allocated to luxury brands.

The project will introduce more than 30 brands to the Saudi market for the first time, including 70 flagship stores for global brands.

The project also includes multi-purpose halls, public squares, and entertainment experiences for all ages, digital displays and technologies such as 3D holograms and mixed reality features.

There are 4 distinct areas, including a social hall, a unique village for fine dining restaurants, and an outdoor boulevard for cafes and restaurants.
