Work at the Skyline Tower on Olaya Road in Riyadh’s Al Muruj district has taken a significant step forward with the start of installing the building’s extensive glass facades.

The Tower and Its Design

Skyline Tower is not just any skyscraper its modern design stands out. Large glass panels reflect the sky and surrounding environment, giving the building a sense of harmony with nature. Alongside the glass, layers of brick and other materials create a subtle contrast that enhances the tower’s aesthetic. Some floors also feature green spaces, adding a natural touch amid the concrete and glass.

The tower is surrounded by tall palm trees, while neighboring buildings are shorter and more traditional in design, making Skyline Tower a prominent feature on the city’s skyline.

Current Construction Status

Construction is actively progressing, with large cranes moving heavy materials as the glass facade is put into place. A safety fence surrounds the site, protecting workers and passersby. The main structure, made of concrete and steel, is clearly visible, with several floors still under development.
