A new architectural landmark is taking shape in northern Riyadh. Construction on the Golden Gate Tower continues to progress steadily. The tower, located in the heart of the commercial strip in Al-Sahafa District, has recently reached the 27th floor. This marks a significant milestone in its upward journey.

This neighbourhood is witnessing rapid urban and commercial transformation. Regarding architecture, the spacious tower at Golden Gate makes its mark with a sleek glass façade. It is crowned by a striking golden ornamental structure that adds a bold visual statement to Riyadh’s skyline.

Project Details and Next Phases

Retal Urban Development Company is developing the tower to include a mix of premium office spaces and commercial facilities. The design features landscaped outdoor areas and pedestrian-friendly pathways surrounding the structure. As the project moves toward more than forty floors, the construction team is currently building the structural framework, preparing for the exterior finishing phase set to begin later this year.

A New Vertical Pulse for North Riyadh

Golden Gate is a reflection of Riyadh’s growing emphasis on developing advanced business districts in its northern zones. Among other towering structures, Golden Gate Tower is helping to establish Al Sahafa as a promising investment destination. It combines contemporary design with long-term urban vision.
