Hotel Indigo Set to Open in South Jeddah as Part of the New Bab Jeddah Development

Ashad Real Estate Development Company, in partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts, has announced the launch of a new hotel project in South Jeddah: Hotel Indigo.
The upcoming hotel will feature 700 rooms, making it one of the largest hospitality additions to the area. IHG is set to manage and operate the Indigo Hotel Jeddah facility upon completion.

The new Hotel Indigo will be located at the heart of Bab Jeddah, a comprehensive urban development that blends residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces into a unified city-like environment.
