There are differences between a house and a home. And even while a place’s characteristics go beyond its outward appearance, architecture can nevertheless have a significant influence. What you search for in a house will depend on a number of factors, including your family structure, geography, resources, and cultural differences. Can architects and designers foresee the requirements of new-age homes in a world that seems to be changing more quickly than ever?

Participants in the House of the Future competition are entrusted with creating a blueprint for a cutting-edge residence for Emirati inhabitants in Dubai.

The jury, which is sponsored by The Dubai Government, is looking for creative concepts that employ design to update the community’s current products and bring them more in line with the nation’s and its residents’ distinctive architectural style.

The Dubai Government will examine the winning entries for construction. They will also get a portion of the 250,000 € prize money.

Furthermore, All levels of architectural and design aficionados from all around the world are welcome to enter the House of the Future competition. The House of the Future competition has no designated location, and competitors are encouraged to stick to a budget of no more than 1 million Emirati Dirhams.
