Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will redefine coastal luxury, offering personalized experiences for those seeking indulgence and adventure in a setting of awe-inspiring natural beauty. Set to open in 2027, these two hotels will provide a combined 350 luxurious rooms and suites, creating unmatched guest experiences.
Park Hyatt Jaumur, with 125 rooms, will be situated at the heart of the bustling marina, designed as a tranquil oasis blending entertainment, leisure, and cultural experiences. On the other hand, Andaz Jaumur Marina, offering 225 rooms, will be a celebration of art and creativity, designed to inspire innovation with its eclectic luxury, capturing the essence of Jaumur.

Jaumur is envisioned as a cutting-edge destination, blending land and sea experiences with a focus on future livability. It features a 300-berth marina with a cantilever design that serves as a sculptural landmark.
