This marks a major milestone for Hyatt’s expansion in Saudi Arabia and highlights the company’s collaboration with NEOM, a symbol of future living and sustainable luxury.

Introducing Coastal Luxury for a New Generation

Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will redefine coastal luxury, offering personalized experiences for those seeking indulgence and adventure in a setting of awe-inspiring natural beauty. Set to open in 2027, these two hotels will provide a combined 350 luxurious rooms and suites, creating unmatched guest experiences.

Park Hyatt Jaumur, with 125 rooms, will be situated at the heart of the bustling marina, designed as a tranquil oasis blending entertainment, leisure, and cultural experiences. On the other hand, Andaz Jaumur Marina, offering 225 rooms, will be a celebration of art and creativity, designed to inspire innovation with its eclectic luxury, capturing the essence of Jaumur.

Vision for Jaumur and NEOM

It features a 300-berth marina with a cantilever design that serves as a sculptural landmark. From deep-sea diving research centers to vibrant cultural and entertainment offerings, Jaumur is set to become a hub of innovation and luxury.

Chris Newman, Executive Director of NEOM Hotel Division, emphasized that the collaboration with Hyatt will create bespoke luxury experiences that reflect NEOM’s innovative spirit and future-forward vision.
