TX–6 is a battery-powered mixer and multi-channel audio interface designed by Teenage Engineering.

Teenage Engineering, based in Sweden, creates the TX–6. It’s an ultra-portable, battery-powered mixer and multi-channel audio interface with more than meets the eye.
We constructed this diverse product for portability, enclosed in CNC aluminum with 2k molding, custom-made encoders, faders, and PCB, and comparable to larger units but with much more technology in one strong tiny machine.
It has a great 6-channel stereo mixer with a customizable knob arrangement; you may have the three-band eq at your fingertips or personalize each knob to control your favorite setting.

Its slim profile makes it simple to use all six channels at the same time.

There are 8 built-in effects in this basic object, including reverb, chorus, delay, and creative effects like freeze, tape, filter, and distortion.

Moreover, you can use it as a DJ mixer and a portable synthesizer, and sequencer. To stay on the beat, one can use tempo sync.
You can use TX–6 as a wireless controller for other ble midi devices. Also, you can use it to trigger and sync the internal synthesizer and sequencer from external sources.

It functions as a 12-channel audio interface when ready for the studo which you can connect to iOS devices.
Finally, the rechargeable battery lasts for around 8 hours, the display automatically goes to sleep when not in use, and you can adjust the led brightness.
The field bags are “made to accommodate the TX-6 field mixer and constructed in heavy-duty fabric and hardware – the field bags are designed for durability and ready to use,” according to the studio.
