MVRDV (Jacob van Rijs) Lecture. FIU Department of Architecture Lecture Series
Spring 2023

Jacob van Rijs, founder and principal of MVRDV.

But good designs should also be brave – it’s easy to make people happy by giving them what they expect, but it’s much better to show them how unexpected ways of doing things can improve their lives in some way.”
