More details have emerged about Saudi Arabia’s plans for the TROJENA and OXAGON sectors of the giant $500 billion NEOM project.
After the country’s participation in a regional real estate trade conference in Riyadh last week.
As part of the inaugural Cityscape Global meeting,
NEOM promoters were on hand to present their accelerated plans for each project,

The island contains residential spaces that can accommodate up to 90,000 residents.
Details were also shown about Sindala, a huge yacht club and terraced beach resort island.
The goal of the event was to attract potential investors and property buyers,
through high-tech sales presentations with immersive exhibitions and panel discussions featuring members of NEOM’s leadership team.
Models of each site are included along with virtual reality headset tours,
architectural drawings, and other media related to the development.
Which is being marketed to complete the first phase by the end of 2025.
Live streaming of construction progress at the sites was also part of the presentation.

Discovery Tower

Event photos and models show TROJENA’s new high-rise commercial structure “Discovery Tower”,
