- Entry Brief: A 350-word synopsis of the hotel or personal achievements (for “Excellence in Hotel Leadership” category).
- Images: JPEG/JPG format, under 4MB, 1200px wide, 300dpi, RGB.
- Video/Audio: A direct URL linking to uploaded content (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, etc.).
