Imagine urban surroundings that bring you closer to nature, because of renewable materials nurturing all of your senses.

The International Architecture and style competition Lunawood Urban Challenge 2021 involves all architecture and style students to re-imagine and redesign urban environments by using Lunawood Thermowood. The second edition of this competition offers an excellent opportunity for college kids to freely implement their wildest dreams and imagination to make a more natural – yet still modern – environment for urban people.

The purpose of the competition is to spotlight the opportunities that building with Lunawood Thermowood offers for creating a healthier, more sustainable environment. Thus, we will reconnect nature with urban people.

This is the second time that Lunawood is trying to find innovative and sustainable ideas with Lunawood Urban Challenge. In 2019, nearly 90 participants took up the challenge. once more , the participants have a chance to point out their vision and skills in rebuilding the urban environment. the stress of Lunawood Urban Challenge is on original thinking, creativity, and visual expression.
The competition is split into three parallel categories: Architecture, Interior and Landscaping.

The winner in each category are going to be rewarded with a cash prize of €5,000 (the prizes total €15,000). The participation within the competition is free for all students.
