On July 31, 2025, BEYOND Developments officially launched its latest architectural project, PASSO, on the prestigious West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. This marks a significant milestone for the company, representing its first flagship development outside the boundaries of its original masterplan in Dubai Maritime City, and expanding its design vision into one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.

Prime Location and Coastal-Inspired Architecture

Set along the serene shores of Palm Jumeirah, PASSO features two sculptural towers Avita and Bella housing 625 residential units in a wide range of layouts. These include one-bedroom apartments, two- to four-bedroom residences, luxurious penthouses, and standalone beachfront mansions with six bedrooms.

The architectural concept draws inspiration from fluid coastal forms and natural contours, incorporating a biophilic design approach that brings light, air, and nature into the living experience, creating a sense of calm and continuity throughout the project.

A Landmark Launch with First-of-Its-Kind Drone Show

To mark the project’s launch, BEYOND hosted an immersive event on Palm Jumeirah featuring a 13-minute drone show with over 4,000 drones a Dubai first. The performance employed “screens in the sky” technology, blending synchronized aerial visuals with a live stage show to bring PASSO’s story to life through a creative and emotionally engaging narrative.

Developer’s Vision: Architecture as Human Experience

Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments, emphasized that PASSO is more than just a new address. The project reflects the company’s design philosophy, anchored in three pillars:
The Address, The Landmark, and The Experience.

He stated:
“We don’t just build new locations. We craft environments that foster emotional connection and human interaction. Architecture, in our view, must do more than shape skylines it must shape lives.”

Taqi also highlighted Dubai’s status as a global benchmark for ambitious urban development, noting that BEYOND aims to contribute meaningfully to the city’s continued evolution.

Thoughtfully Curated Living and Lifestyle Amenities

PASSO offers 250 meters of private white-sand beachfront and is designed to deliver a complete, elevated lifestyle. Key amenities include:

  • A shaded Piazza framed by sculptural canopy architecture
  • A 260 sqm fitness pavilion, open-air yoga decks, and relaxation pools
  • A Montessori-inspired children’s pavilion that blends indoor and outdoor sensory learning
  • A private cinema, wellness spa, rooftop gardens, and
  • 360-degree infinity pools on top of both towers

These features reflect a holistic approach to design, where nature, wellness, and community coexist in harmony.
