The Saudi Real Estate Company announced that its subsidiary,
the Saudi Infrastructure and Real Estate Construction Company (Binya), in partnership with Infraroad Trading and Contracting Company,
It has successfully secured contracts for an infrastructure package with Qiddiya Investment Company worth $610.49 million.
These contracts include the development of vital infrastructure and bridges for the Qiddiya resort.
This scope includes primary and secondary road systems, utility networks, utility channels, Pedestrian bridges and storm drainage channels.
This announcement came through a statement issued on the Saudi Stock Exchange.

Core Resort
Core Resort is an area dedicated to pure entertainment and enjoyment,
and will serve as the future home of Qiddiya Theme Parks.
Including the popular Six Flags Qiddiya theme park, as described on the Qiddiya website.
Moreover, the agreement covers the entire process, from design to construction, testing and commissioning,
For various basic facilities, including a wastewater treatment plant,
Irrigation water storage tanks, pumping station, drinking water storage tank,
and solid waste transportation. The contract period extends to 22 months.

The Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Aqaria) said that the joint venture between its subsidiary,
the Saudi Infrastructure and Construction Company (Binya),
Infraroad Trading and Contracting Company signed infrastructure package contracts with Qiddiya Investment Company worth 2.29 billion Saudi riyals.
The company said in a statement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange website that the contracts include developing the main infrastructure networks and bridges for the Qiddiya resort.
Including main and secondary roads, utility networks, utility channels, pedestrian bridges and rain drainage channels.

An area dedicated to entertainment

Core Resort is a zone dedicated to pure entertainment and enjoyment and will be home to Qiddiya theme parks, including Six Flags Qiddiya.
“Binya” Company, which is 60% owned by Al Aqaria Company, works in infrastructure development,
Extending oil and gas pipelines, and building main water distribution stations and lines.
