Construction work on Qiddiya Golf Courses Project has reached 77% completion, representing significant progress towards transforming Qiddiya into one of the world’s most important luxury golf destinations.
The project is an essential part of Qiddiya’s development plan as a global entertainment and sports destination, providing a unique sporting experience that meets the standards of the International Golf Federation.
A world-class design with professional standards
The courses were designed by Jack Nicklaus, one of the most famous golfers in history and one of the world’s most prominent golf course designers. The design features world-class courses that provide an integrated experience for amateurs and professionals.
The project extends over a large area that includes 18 main holes, in addition to 9 training holes, to meet the requirements of future international tournaments.
Integrated sports and residential facilities
The project includes a number of upscale facilities, including:
A private golf club equipped with the latest facilities and advanced technologies.
A luxury residential complex that provides residential units with direct views of the green spaces.
Open green areas extending over an area of more than 500,000 square meters.
Dedicated walking, jogging and cycling tracks to enhance the quality of life in the area.
Advanced golf academy to train junior and professional players.

With the completion rate reaching 77%, the project is expected to be completed during the first half of 2025.
