Construction Progresses on Aquarabia Water Park in Qiddiya, Riyadh
Construction is moving steadily forward on the Aquarabia water park. Developers consider it one of the most anticipated entertainment destinations within the larger Qiddiya project, located southwest of Riyadh. The park is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. It aims to redefine leisure in the region.
A new water destination taking shape in Qiddiya
Set against a backdrop of sculpted desert landscapes and towering rock-like structures, Aquarabia is emerging as a unique water-based attraction. Recent images from the construction site reveal the installation of large-scale water slides, artificial water channels, and supporting buildings. These all form the early outline of what will become a major regional destination.
Occupying a prime location within Qiddiya’s main entertainment zone, the park combines adventurous water experiences with a nature-inspired design. This design reflects the surrounding topography.
