This factory supports the development of manufacturing processes for ROSHN residential communities, such as Warfa and Sidra projects, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and raising the quality of residential projects.
Factory Details
Total Area: The factory is located on an area of 100,000 square meters, making it one of the largest modular building factories in the region.
Investments: Investments in the factory amount to 500 million Saudi riyals.
Production Capacity: The factory will be able to produce 50,000 prefabricated housing units annually.
Factory Objectives
Enhancing operational efficiency: The factory will contribute to accelerating the pace of construction in ROSHN residential projects, reducing the time required to complete residential units.
Improving construction quality: Advanced manufacturing technologies will be used to ensure the highest quality standards in residential units.
Supporting the local economy: The factory will provide more than 1,000 direct jobs, in addition to indirect job opportunities in the supply and service sectors.
