rises close to the green lungs of Parque do Povo. It centers on activating the relationship between modern living and the urban natural environment. This project
tackles the challenge of urban density. It uses a model that integrates contemporary architecture
with the city’s
cosmopolitan climate, defining a new approach to residential high-rise planning known as São Paulo Rotational Design. This focus on blending nature and function defines the site’s architectural experience from the very first moment of entry.

A View from Every Angle: The Philosophy of Orbital Motion

When traversing the internal spaces, the building’s core value becomes evident. It provides every resident with an enduring perspective. This goal is achieved through a unique architectural strategy. It is rooted in São Paulo Rotational Design. The floor plans of the residential units have been rotated at deliberate angles.

This maneuver increases the depth of natural daylight within the units. It also critically anchors unobstructed views toward the park and the surrounding neighborhood. The natural panorama becomes a living extension of the interior spaces. The rotation is a functional response. It shields the views from any potential future developments. The designers distributed these facilities naturally across the mezzanine and ground floor, which ensures easy flow and accessibility. The program from Pilates studios and massage rooms, through the Coworking areas supports cycles of activity and rest. Dedicated courts for tennis and beach tennis complete the sports scene outdoors, solidifying the concept of integrated active living.
